At last, the Local Council Guide to the 2011 IRS Form 990 and 990-EZ has arrived!  The new guide brings together what’s new for 2011, with special instructions, an illustrative checklist, and actual 990 and 990-EZ forms into one handy reference manual to serve as a resource for practitioners and local councils alike.
