The Nov. 1 issue of the Finance Impact Department’s e-Letter has been published and is available online.

As of Sept. 30, 2013, 62 BSA local councils were using Blackbaud Sphere, generating more than $3.5 million in transactions. Event registration is one of the most popular Sphere features councils are using. There are several payment options councils may use when setting up their registration forms. One is the Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment option, and this edition of the e-Letter provides information on what to consider when choosing that option.

Also in this issue: NESA’s move to an all-electronic online scholarship application process for 2014 with a video and FAQ Web page that will assist with the application process; the Finance Impact Department’s PeopleSoft open forum webinars; BSA’s asset management update for September; and monthly webinars through December 2013.
